Global Warming [2020]
Now everybody is familiar with global warming. Global warming is gradual rising in overall temperature of the earth atmosphere. Many activities are responsible to create global warming. Due to global warming ice-glaciers on the earth are melting rapidly. It is much harmful to the earth and creatures found on it.
Natural and man-made causes are responsible for global warming. The natural causes include the release of greenhouse gases which increase the temperature on the earth. Volcanic eruptions are also responsible for this as these eruptions release tons of carbon dioxide. Methane is another gas which increase a large amount of global warming pollutants. The excessive use of automobiles and fossil fuels like petrol, diesel, CNG etc. also increase the level of carbon dioxide. Besides these animal husbandry or say cattle rearing and mining activities are also harmful to the environment.
The absorption of carbon dioxide is not done in right proportion so the problem of global warming took place. If the proper steps will not be taken immediately to stop global warming, the problem become worse. It has became a challenging problem now.
Global warming can be checked by putting combined efforts. Both individuals and government have to take steps towards it. First of all we must stop our anti-environmental activities such as urbanization, over population, deforestation, burning bio-fuels and excess use of automobiles etc. Gases produced from factories and industries should be trapped by modern equipments. Bio fuels should be replaced by electricity and natural gas. Forest should be preserved to control the earth temperature. Urbanization and industrialization should be reduced by enforcing legal provisions. Similarly check must be put to cut the trees in all parts of the world.
In short we can say that human beings are the prime causes of global warming. Therefore, it is the duty of every citizen to stop activities which are responsible for global warming. Different types of pollutions should be controlled and plantation on a large-scale should be done so that excessive amount of carbon-di-oxide can be absorbed. Global warming should be stopped as soon as possible to save earth from the imminent disaster.
